As you can see, this place was a mess. Plaster falling form the walls and ceiling, old windlows, and a neglected floor.

Paul's Apartment - After

A new replacement window was installed, the plaster repaired and the floor scraped and cleaned.

This was intended to be a rental, but the owner was so impressed with the outcome, that he moved into it himself.
